Adriatic shrimp „Buzara“ with homemade pasta

MAIN DISH
Sea bass filet roasted with parsley chrust served on wild grown asparagus and cold garlic dip, poached St. Jacques, young bean puree

DESERT
Bûche with dark and milk cocolate, Amareto flavour, figs baked with honey and „Prošek“, apricot ice cream

„Saur“ – traditional way of marinating fish
„Buzara“ – shrimp stew cooked with tomatoes, cognac, white vine and fish stock
„Prošek“ – sweet vine similar to Marsala

Roasted veal shoulder stuffed with pine nuts and seasoned with sage, soft spinach bisquit, poached green beans, red onions puree and Glace de viande sauce with red vine

         Vanilla cream, white chocolate and olive oil parfait, strawberry sorbet, almond cantucci
 
„Skuta“ – soft cheese similar to ricotta

Dry aged beefsteak from domestic freerange beef, glazed with Jus sauce, cooked and buttered spring potatoes, broad beans and grilled zuchinni

    „Baba au Maraschino“, cremme patisierre with Bailey's liquer, sour cherry sauce 
     „Baba au Maraschino“ – my version of famous French desert „Baba au Rhum“
